About Zebulon UMC Preschool
Zebulon UMC Preschool is a ministry of Zebulon United Methodist Church.
At the preschool we:
- Understand that children develop best through activities that capture their interest.
- Understand that the most important role of the early childhood educator is to create an environment in which children can make discoveries, solve problems and think independently.
- Provide a well-designed learning environment filled with a rich variety of material for children to manipulate.
- Accept that children progress through the same stages of development but at their own individual pace.
- Understand that the most effective way to evaluate a child’s progress is through ongoing observation.
